gpu stuck in slot Use the force Pull steadily on the graphics card, until the GPU is out of the socket Don't yank it, don't move it side to side,  I knew about the tab but once I stuck the ati 3870 card in the slot it was in there secure but maybe a little TOO secure and it wouldnt pull  Sounds like it is your only option now if you have broken the tab at the end of the slot Only other option rather than make things worse would
